Isabel is a native of Melbourne Australia. The mother of Isabel is Swiss as is her father Australian. Her family was from Switzerland Melbourne Jabiru a small mining town situated in the Northern Territory and Cairns Australia. With her sister Nina She attended schools in which First Nations and other children of various cultures were included. Isabel lives in the Byron Bay area of NSW Australia. Isabel began acting in school. She continued to study acting at the Victorian College of Arts Queensland University of Technology as well as has recently been studying her studies in the PEM Method Perdekamp Psychological Method. She never auditioned for roles until she was found by her agent in 2002. She auditioned to be a character on Home and Away 1988. The producers felt she wasn't suitable for the role, but were pleasantly surprised and then created the role of Tasha. Her first role on television ran for three years. In the end, she received the Logie Award in the category of new talent. Isabel was moved to Los Angeles, California in the year 2008. It was in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen 2009. Isabel has been a PatronAmbassador for Melbourne's Human Rights and Arts Film Festival (HRAFF) for the past 10 years, up until 2020. Isabel is well-known for her eco-conscious ethical interests as well as commitment to the fight against social injustice. She has been a brand ambassador for several campaigns for cosmetics and fashion.
